September 15, 1935

On September 15th, 1935 Germany enacted a set of laws infringing on the Jewish religion. The Nuremburg laws were the first set of laws to deny basic rights to Jews throughout Germany.

Eventually these laws were further defined to deny even the right to live for members of the Jewish faith, leading to the Holocaust.

Equality is when everything and everyone everywhere is equal. Are we all equal, no but should we all be equal, yes. No one is better than someone else. We are all the same thing just different colors, and different shapes and sizes. Just because someone else id better looking than someone else does not make them better; or just because someone is a certain race that does not make them or their race better than another race. Some people in the world feel that they are better than others because of what they have. Foe example, if someone is rich, then they believe that they are better than the middle class people or the ones in poverty. No one has the right to take away someone else’s rights because we all have the same rights. No one is better than someone else because God made everyone the same. The only one better than us is him himself. Jesus doesn’t love one more than another, he loves everyone the same because we are all the same. Yes everyone is not the same because of looks, wealth or something like that but that doesn’t mean someone has more rights than someone else.

Equality is the right of being equal. Equality is when everyone is treated equally regardless of their race. It is the quality of being the same in quantity or measure or value or status. It is also the state of being essentially equal or equivalent; equally balanced. To me we are all equal even though in some cases it seems like we are not treated the same. All American citizens have the same rights and some citizens have certain rights taken away due to their records. Some people don’t apply to the equal rights because they are not yet naturalized. I believe we are being treated equally because there are a lot of businesses that have owners that are not Americans. Immigrants go through a process, but then later on they become citizens after a certain amount of time and they possess the same rights. I don’t think that some people are better than others. People can be just as good as anyone from any other race regardless where they come from. No matter what size, shape or color you have potential and you can even be better than an American. There is nobody that can take your rights because that would be unfair and unequal.

Equality is a state of being essentially equal or equivalent; equally balanced. No, at this time we are not all equal to each other. Yes some are better then others. Jews are not up to standards to the Germans. No on truly has the right to take away my freedom. Who are they to tell me that the way I live and the things I do are not as good if not better then the Germans. Who I marry is my choice. Telling me that I can only marry within my religion should not be legal. Forcing me to do so isn’t real love. Love is something that I can share with the one I want to be with. If I am not doing anything throughout my everyday life, why are my rights and freedom being taken away? If I’m proud of my country, why can’t I represent where I come from? I’m not ashamed of it or my people so I should be able to as I please. If you want to send me to a camp or prison for doing what I think is right, be my guest.

To me equality is being equal, the same as everyone else. Being treated the same and looked at the same as everyone else. Equality is something America says they have but we really don’t. There are so many people who choose not to look at everyone equally and they choose not to give everybody the same chance as they would give someone else. I think that all Americans are equal but most people don’t see it that way. Most people see it as some people are higher than others and some people are better than others. Most people see that they are higher than the rest of us and they see that they disserve different, better treatment than us. No one has the right to take away rights from other people. I don’t even think the president has that right and if he does that needs to change. I would say that no one can take away my rights and I can’t take away anyone else’s rights. That’s just the way it is going to be. I believe that everybody in the world is equal but everybody in the world decided to see it different. I guess there’s nothing I can do about that but then again that’s not my problem.

Equality is having the same rights as another person. Equality is also when people treat you the same as they treat other people. I don’t believe all people equal. I believe that there will always be people that mistreat other people. Although, I believe everyone should be treated equal. I believe that God should be the only person that can judge people. I also don’t believe that some people are better than other people. Some people may be more talented than other people, but that doesn’t mean that they are “better.” I don’t believe that anyone has the right to take away someone’s rights. Unless they have committed a heinous crime and they don’t want to change their ways, then everyone should have equal rights. Although rights shouldn’t be taken away, many people try to take away people’s rights. For example, Adolf Hitler tried to take away the rights of the Jews. He didn’t want Jews to interact with German people in any way. He did want them to get married or even date. He took away the Jews’ rights to marry who they want to marry and date who they wanted to date, because he didn’t like them. I think that’s wrong.

Equality is when everyone is treated equal no matter what color their skin is. It is when people do not discriminate against others because of where they are from or where their ancestors are from. Equality is a part of freedom because when people are not discriminated against, they are free to live their lives and do whatever they choose in order to please themselves. In our country, people are supposed to be equal. Political leaders smile in the faces of our citizens and say that they look at everyone equally, but they really do not. If a white man shoots another white man in the chest (but he did not kill him) he gets two to three years in jail at the most. But, if a black man does that same, he gets 25 years to life. Minorities are looked upon to be the cause of more and more crime every day and are destined to live in a state penitentiary for most of their lives. Whites are looked upon to be smart, put-together individuals that are destined to lead America in their future. Does that seem equal to you? I was always taught that no one is better than anyone else, because we are all equal. Being white does NOT make you better than a black person. A person can make better decisions than another, but that does not make you better than someone else because every single person can start to make better decisions. No one, no matter your color, occupation, or social class has the right to take another person’s rights. The country’s for-fathers worked their butts off to write the Constitution, which, if it is followed correctly, by every amendment, America would be equal for a change, and we would NOT have had all these racial problems that we have today.

Equality, in my opinion is equal rights, equal opportunities, and to be respected just as one would another. Though many claim that equality is present in America, and has been, it does not appear to be true. Unfortunately, we are not all equal, though it says it in our constitution. The poor of our cities don’t have the same opportunities as the rich, and are viewed as lesser people. Differences such as social class and race would lead people to believe that some people are better than others. Others may have made more achievements in their lives than others will ever, but I do not believe one should claim to better than another. I believe everyone is just as good as one another. I also believe that no one has the rights to take another person’s rights away. Though many in other countries do not believe their people have certain rights, I believe that every person has certain unalienable rights. Others may take rights away from others, but they truly have no right to do so. Only in the case of it being a punishment for a crime, should one take another’s rights away. As it is a just reaction to a crime.

Equality is when everyone has the same amount or being treated the same. I don’t think we are all equal because if we all equal we would all be treated with the same amount of respect don’t matter weather you are rich or poor. Or even middle class. I don’t think some people are better than others it is just that people that have their faces displayed of TV. get more respect. That is because they have money and with money comes respect. Also because nobody really looks at the people that aren’t doing so well. The people that have the money want to no be equal with it. The government expects teens to be in jail that’s why they built so many jails. Also people don’t have the right to take anyone’s rights away they just think they do because they have so much power. People think they can do whatever they please and not get away with it because they have money. I just think if money was equal everything would be equal but there would be to many problems that way that’s why we have the rich, middle class, and the poor. But there are some famous people that know they aren’t better than anyone else that are why they help out when a disaster happens.

What is equality? I think that it is everyone’s God given right. Let it be race, sex, or anything else, there isn’t a reason to be unequal. If you are going to hate someone, be a hater for a good reason. It is not a sufficient reason to hate just because the person that you hating on is different from you. If you hating because they got more money, or they just have a better life than you, by all means go ahead and hate to your heart’s content. Right now, I think were as equal as we are going to get because there are always people in charge who are hating on other people because their racist, sexist, whatever-ist. But what can you do about it, just learn to live with it and keep it in check if it gets out of control. Only whatever god you believe in has the right to say if you cant be equal. But remember that not everyone has the same god. If we did then there wouldn’t be so many religions. Only a few religions can say that they have the same god. Jewish people, Catholics, Christians, and Muslims have the same God, but they have different versions of him. So they would disagree on some things. If they disagree and they got the same God, then you can’t expect everyone to come to a consensus

Equality is when everybody is treated equal. I do think we are all equal because we live in 2008. For us to live in 2008 we have the right to be equal to one another. We are allowed to date, marry, or have children with another race. Back then in 1935 when the Nuremberg Laws was given, Jews was not treated equally. They were not allowed to marry nor date anyone that has a different race from them. They were not treated equally when the Germans force the Nuremberg Laws on them. The Nuremberg Laws took the Jew’s right of being free and being equal. I don’t think there are people that are better then us, nor do I think that we are better then anyone else. I think that the United State only tries to be better then itself. The U.S. always found a way to top itself and no other country. I don’t think any body has the right to take the rights from anyone because where we live, it’s called “Land of the Free”. Taking the right of another person is uncalled for and ridiculous. I would be mad if someone just took my right of equality. I think the only way you can lose your rights is when you screw up your life and have to live in jail. Then you would be the one taking your rights away.

The Definition of Equality is the quality of being the same in quantity or measure or value or status. This means that everything is equal or as in symbol “=”. They are the same; they are like a balanced beam balance. In another word, equality means that something is on the same level. This word is something that affects the world to this day. People don’t get their rights, freedom, and treated like a slave. Everything supposed to be the same, no matter what is your race, beliefs, etc. We the people who lives in the planet Earth are the one who made things up, feeling that something is better than something else. We make our own decision that only benefits ourselves and don’t give a thought the others, this is called as selfishness. Selfishness happens when you only think for yourself and don’t care about the others. There are some people who are better than the others. They will be people who are smarter than you. There are people who can help you to make a better decision. Actually, nobody should tell you that if you are right or wrong. It is actually you, thinking using your common sense before doing each things in order to prevent yourself to get into a big deep troubles.

Equality is when everyone is treated the same. No person treated worse or less. In America the law is that every person is equal to one another. Even though it wasn’t always like this. Many people fought for everyone to live as equal as everyone else. No one is better than anyone else. Well in Gods eyes everyone is the same. No one should think they’re better than anyone else for any reason. Not even because of anybody else’s circumstances easily your situation could be switch and you could be in they’re shoes. Then they wouldn’t want anyone to look down on them. You shouldn’t also think someone is better than you because they got more than you have or you may be less fortunate. Everyone is still here for a reason and to serve a purpose in this life. Any human being should have the power to take away from someone for no reason. Especially their human rights of being a citizen of the U.S. or even any other country. Its just not fair or even right. Everyone should be treated the same. No one on this earth is better than another person.

Equality is when your rights are equal and when you can do the same exact thing as others. Equality is also when you have the same freedom as others basically it is when you can do the same thing as another could do. For example, a women can marry another women in Michigan but not in Pennslyvanina. That is showing that both of these women do not have equal marriage rights. Yes, we are all equal we don't all look alike or think alike but we are all equal we can all get in and out of trouble, we all have eyes,ears,etc... Other people are not better than others some people may think that or act like that but no one is better than anyone else. We all have our falls and we all have our strengths. No one has the rights to take away the rights of another. The only way that could happen I guess would be if you live under a dictatorship.

Equality is everyone having the same opportunity and potential for success as everyone else. I do not believe we have equality and no one has more potential than someone else. However, because of where and how raised, or even how you look, you can be treated unfairly by others.I do not believe that any human has the right to take away someone's rights or freedom.

I believe that equality means being equal to another. When it comes to equality in the world, I believe that people do not believe they are equal to another. In reality, I believe that every person is equal to the next. No one is a higher person than anyone else. There are people that are higher in power, higher in income, or higher in talent, but when it comes all down to it, every person on the planet earth is no more equal than any other person. The world, and many many people, do not think like this. They believe that because they are higher in power, they are a higher and better person, and they believe they have more rights than another person. Everyone has the same rights as the other person under the law. I don't think any one person that is higher in power has any right to take away another persons rights. Everyone in the world has the right to think, feel, breathe, decide, and create whatever they would like. Every person on this planet has every right to do whatever they like, under the law of the government. Some government do not allow any rights, and I believe that is wrong. The government should not decide who gets more rights based on power, religion, or sex. Everyone is equal to each other.

Equality is the known fact of being equal with all others regardless of race, size, shape, color, etc. Equality is not to be judged because of something that you lack and to be treated equally as others. No matter what view you look at it from, no one is granted equality in this world. For example, some are favored by others more than someone always, and you win in life sometimes and sometimes you lose. From the world’s perspective, some others are better than others. Either because of the way you look, talk, walk, eat… whatever. There are many ways to categorize people because of the way they are. And because some has less than others, they are treated worse. Even until the point of taking away someone’s rights. No one has the right to take away anyone’s rights because you think you’re better than them. Truth is, you may be better than them on the outside; but deep down on the inside, you’re just as bad. Equality should be granted to everyone no matter the reason that it’s taken away from them. Those who have the power to take away rights of others shouldn’t because they wouldn’t like someone to take away their rights. In this world, someone is always better than you, whether you can see it or not. Maybe, you haven’t met them yet; but someone will always be ahead of you. You just have to smart and quick enough to get ahead. That is the way to think of it from this world’s view.

I believe the equality is when everyone is equal and treated the same. I believe that everyone is equal but is not treated equal. I think that race has a big part in this. i believe that others get look down on because of the past or because of stereo-type or just that face that others think that they are better than others. I think that no one is better than anyone. I don’t believe that everyone is the same. I think that everyone is different but only for a reason. No one wants to be the same as the next person. Everyone is there own individual. But i do think that everyone should be treat equal and the same. I don’t think that no one should be treated different because of there race, religon style. I think in some ways were aren’t truly equal. I believe this because some people do get away with things because of the color of their skin or if they have personal connections on certain things. In my perspective no one is better than anyone else. I feel so strongly about that because God made us all equal, he might not do for you what he’s done for others but he made you a person it just what you decided to do with what he gave you. I don’t think anyone should have the right to take away a persons rights. Many people that are convicted felons don’t have certain rights because of the crimes they committed. Even though the government do take away many rights I think everyone should have there rights no matter what because they are a citizen of the United States or of their country. Many people today don’t have their rights to vote. I feel that everyone should be able to vote because they live in this country so they should also get a chance to help decided who should be the leader of it .

Equality is being equal with one another. It is having the rights as everyone else. In some ways are all equal and then in others ways I believe that we are not equal. In the ways that we are equal are that we all share the same rights as United State Citizen and we are able to do what we want as long as we do not break the law we will loose those rights. In ways that we are not equal is that others are able to do more then what we can do depending on age, gender, and sometimes sex. With other the countries the United States is very different because we do not have to share the same rights as the people who are in a different country then we are. No, some people are not better then others because everyone should be and is equal to one another. Even though, people may think that they are better then someone else they are not because we all have and share the same rights even if some may obey or disobey them. No one has the right to take away the rights from another person. I believe that the only way that someone can take someone else’s rights away is if they did something bad. The person who will take there rights away could be a judge or even a parent depending what that person has done, but no one should be able to take some ones rights away because we are all equal.

Today equality means that everybody is treated the same way. No one is treated different and everyone is treated the same. Now of these day everyone is suppose to be treated equal at all times. Everyone should be treated equality because no one is better then the other person. No matter whom you are. If you’re famous you should still be treated just like everyone else. If you get in trouble you should have to do your time just like everyone else would have to. Most people think that since they are famous or something they should not have to be punished. For example when Michel Vick got in trouble he thought that since he is a famous football player that he should be able to get away with what he did. There is a saying if you can do the crime then you can do the time. Really no one should have the right to take anyone rights. But the people that do have the rights are people who are big, for example the president, governors, and police officers. So no one should be treated different and everyone should be treated equality no matter what and who you are.

Equality is the ability of being the same. It is used in school, it is used in the law, but it isn’t followed by the law. It should be followed by law, but it isn’t being carried out the way it should. If equality was shown in the world, the world would be different. Who knows if the difference would be good or bad, but it would be a difference. For example, if equality was carried out more, sports would have a drastic change. In football, if teams were equal, there would be no use for competition. In basketball, if teams were equal, no baskets would need to be scored. In baseball, if teams were equal, no home runs would need to be hit. As a matter of fact, if sports in general were equal, you wouldn’t want to watch.

We are not all equal. If we were, the word “different” wouldn’t be in our language. Our differences are a good thing. We all weren’t made to be equal in every way. Also, our differences don’t make us better than one another. We can still coincide with each other and get along. No one has the right to take away other people’s rights. Slavery is long gone, and the Holocaust will never happen again. The people who think they can take away other people’s rights should have their rights taken away.

Equality is when everyone no matter race, gender, sexual orientation is treated the same way. For instance, if a man is working at job and a woman is in the same profession they receive equal pay. Another example would be if a gay person were to apply for a job and a straight person applied they are not looked at differently because they both have the same qualifications for the job. Americans are equal to everyone else even though we may treat our people differently than in another country, we are all considered humans. As I said before I do not think that anyone can say that they are better than anyone, maybe you are wealthier but everyone is the same. I don't think anyone has the right or the power to take anyone's rights unless you disobeyed something and you are being punished. For example, if someone disobeys the law very bad they deserve to go to prison. This doesn’t mean that the government takes away all the persons rights only for a while will they not be allowed to do some of the things they did before they were sent to prison.

1. Equality is the idea that all people, no matter what race, religion, or other beliefs, are equal. Equality is something that the U.S has been trying to accomplish, and for some, has accomplished, ever since the country was founded.
2. When you ask someone, “are we all equal?” everyone will respond differently. Some people will say yes, other no, and others will say that we’re in between. I personally think that we would all like to think that we’re equal. And in many cases, we are. But there are still some equality issues in this country. And also, in the world.
3. Some people are better than others. But not because of race or skin color or religion. But by morals. I would agree that the philanthropist is better than the serial rapist. Not because one might be a Christian and the other a Muslim. Or because one is white, and the other black, but because of the fact that one is a philanthropist, who does good, and the other a serial rapist, who does evil.
4. No one, except for God, has the right to take away the rights of other people. Rousseau explained that all people are born with natural rights. That everyone is born with the right to free speech, and free religion and freedom in general. But when other people take those rights away, they are being denied those rights that they where born with. And that should be against the law.

What is equality? Equality is being like everyone else. It’s not being treated differently, because of your skin color, race, or gender. Equality is being able to do the things other people are able to do with out any restriction. Yes, I would have to say that every one is equal, except that, some times in order to be able to do what every one else is able to do you have to take a test to get the privilege just like the people be for you had to do to be able to do what they were or is doing. No, no one is better then no one else, some people are more known then others and some will say more important, but that’s only because they are either famous or just rich, but no one is better then the other person. If you ask me, no one has the right to take away another person rights, unless that person shows that that obviously can not handle that right, and may cause harm to him self or other. Example, the second amendment is the right to bare arms. The Virginia tech massacre obviously showed every body that he could not handle his right to bare arms. That is just about the only reason some should have their rights token away from them, or similar situations.

Equality is the feeling of being equal to any and every one. Is the world equal? Hell no it is no where close to equal! Equality is not known to people, it is just not human nature. Equality is a pretty little thing to imagine but like most dreams it is not real it is just an illusion in the mind of people. No one can honestly say anyone is equal in this world. If we were all equal you would not see starving children on the streets or people gossiping behind others backs. The truth is everyone only tries to look at the bad in people to try to make justice for their own. People envy each other so much that they just wish upon their imperfections. This world is all about blame and who is better. In reality No ONE is better no race nor family nor one person. People like to THINK they are better, stronger, smarter, and even prettier, but in truth it is not that simple. We are all different but we all have one thing in common God made us to live in earth each person having something the other lacks. I am no better than anyone sitting in this room and for the few who THINK they are better than me they are wrong. I can’t count the times I’ve been rejected from something simply because I was Puerto Rican, or not as pretty as others. The world SHOULD be equal and its possible it could be, but lets be honest equality isn’t humans best subject or history now is it? The truth is we will never be equal because hate and lust will overpower the vain people of the world, and sadly everyone is vain at times. NO one has the right to take the equality of people except God; the problem is some people like to play God. Its sad we can give evil people so much power but yet there it is the scary truth. Equality is about excepting everyone’s flaws and coming together to make up for each others differences, but remember we are only human its not our animal nature to share the spotlight

I think equality is when you are equal to everyone else. It’s when no man or woman is better than the next. But equality could also mean equal rights. Equality is having the same benefits. Equality is being treated no different than any other person. We are not all equal. We aren't because not everyone is treated the same. People treat different people different. Even though the government has rules in constitution that says every man is equal, we are not. Some people still discriminate against the next man if he isn’t his race, or doesn't have the same beliefs as him. Yes, some people are better than others. Some people are average, some are above average. Some people have tremendous talents, and the next man might not know how to do anything except walk and talk. People can sometimes make there selves as good as the next man with their actions. But sometimes people are born with things no other man can do. The government has the rights to take away the rights of others. But sometimes a man will put his self in the predicament to get his rights took away by the government, such as his freedom rights

Equality is when people have the same right no matter where they come from or their ethnicities. For some reason, we are not all equal. The reason I say that is because if you come from another country and speak another language, other will not give you the respect because they think that they are better than you. I am speaking prior to my first year of school in America. In reality, no one is better than someone else. We can be so selfish and dumb sometimes that we begin to think that we are better than someone else from another place. No one has the right to take away someone else right. I know that in the past Germans took away the right of the Jews. It all happened when Hitler was in power. The only person who has the right to do something like that is only God. The reason I say that is because he created us and he can do anything he wants with us. Other than that, no one else can do that. Everyone has the right to thinks what ever they want, to do whatever they want as long as it is not harmful to others

Equality-the state or quality of being equal; correspondence in quantity, degree, value, rank, or ability. This is the denotation of equality, but true equality lies in a person’s morals. In America, everyone is equal, whether they are a black male, or a Caucasian woman, or a Hispanic male all are equal. All men are equal, but not all are represented equally in certain countries or governments. Some people are better than others in how they operate, but are not better because of their skin color, or because they were born rich, and I quote: “We hold these truths to be self-evident that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.” No one but God has the right to take away someone’s rights, unless they are a threat to the good of mankind or other such extreme emergencies. Although some people believe they have the right to do this, they truly do not. Hitler did this, because eh thought he was God. Others in history have taken the right of human beings, but in all of these cases their rights have been restored to them.

Yes, we should all be equal but were not treated that way. What is Equality? - The state of quality or being equal. Be equal means to be as one and that’s how people look towards there pierces. They might call you different because of your skin color, were you’re from, or maybe because you talk different...but when it all comes down to it we all have 10 fingers and toes, 2 eyes and ears, and mouth. Were all equal no matter...nobody is better than you or you’re not better than them and can’t anybody take your equal rights away from you. Some people are very judging of others and they really don’t know any better, they go off of what there elders taught them. I think its time for a change and its time to do it right now. After all these years and what we want through with equality and segregation, and people still don’t get the meaning of equal, and that’s what we all are equal , as on…Divided we stand united WE fall. Having are independence is apart of being equal to. It’s very important that people understand the importance of equality.

Equality is being equal to everyone. Not having not special power over anyone. Also equality is not being different from any other person. Not everyone is equal. Some people have different powers. Like the president or some other person like that. But in the regular world, everyone is the same. I think that there are not people that are better then you. They might better then you in some stuff but then you could be better then them in other stuff. There are the people who say that they are better then you or any one else. But its really not true. So no one is really better then any one person.
No one can really take away your rights. I think that no one really has the power to do that. If they can do that, then any one can do the same. It’s not right if someone would be able to do that. The only time where some one could be able to do that is if that person did a crime. They would pay for it by taking some of their rights away. That is mainly the only way some one could or should take your rights away.

Equality is when no one person, race, or sex is superior to the other and equality is when you can be who you are and nobody looks down on you for who you choose to be. Even though it is supposed to be equal in our country I don’t think it is. I don’t feel that our country is anywhere near as equal as we claim to be. For example, there are still many people who racist and sexist and as long you have people like that how can you ever expect our country to be completely equal, you can’t! I think as long people raise their children to be ignorant not accept people as they are, there will never be true equality for anyone. Nobody has the right to take away the rights of anyone even if they’ve done something wrong because even when you’ve been arrested for a crime you’re read your rights no matter who you are. The Nuremberg Laws completely took away the rights of Jews and Germans to be with whomever they pleased and that goes right back to people having rights and being free to do as they want.

Equality is when everyone is equal. I don’t think everyone is equal. Men and women aren’t equal and neither are races. I think if you’re a man or women you should be treated write. Men make more money then women. They also get better jobs because they are men. I think there is still racism and we need to fix it. I think blacks are still treated worst than whites. A lot of people stereotype black people to low class people who poor. I think we base how much money we have on how high we are. The more money you have the more respect you get from other. We are also separated by classes, like middle class, poverty, and blue collard. These are all ways of inequality. I don’ think no one should have the power to say I’m better than you. I don’t think that’s fair. I think when people inherit money they don’t always deserve it. They just walk into money. Some time they are spoiled brats. I think that people should work are for there money than enjoy it.

The true definition of equality is the state or quality of being equal; correspondence in quantity, degree, value, rank, or ability. I do not think we are all equal. I think people defiantly think they are higher up than others in today’s society. I honestly don’t think anyone is truly better than any one else. Material things such as money, and houses don’t make you any better than the homeless person on the street. You can be extremely wealthy, yet lack character, which the homeless person has. No one has the right to take rights away from someone else. Everyone is equal to one another, so no one should have special privileges. I think many people in the world today take money and looks way to seriously. Just like back in the holocaust times, the Nazi’s thought there opinions were the best. The put there self’s higher than others, and made is seem that if you didn’t live the way they lived, then you shouldn’t live at all. They would punish the innocent, because the weren’t on the level they were on. I think that legacy still lives on, just not as strong. Many people, weather they admit it or not, do think they are better than at least someone in this world.

I think everyone should have equal rights but as far as everyone being equal that is not true. Some people are smarter than others or just have some ability that they can do better than someone but that shouldn’t have to do with someone’s rights. No one has the ability to say you should not have equal rights. When they took away some ones rights because they were a different race that was very wrong. To take anyone’s rights is wrong. They took the Jewish peoples rights to do what they want but because Germany is not like America and did not have freedom they allowed it to happen. This kind of thing should not ever happen but unfortunately it did in 1935. America and other countries jumped in and eventually stopped it but it was unfortunately too late. They had already made them suffer for years and took away there rights. They put them into work camps if they broke there new law and jailed them too. Our rights should always be equal and no one should be able to take them away but no one is equal in every way. Every one is different however every one should have equal rights.

What is equality you ask. Equality is being treated equally. Its getting paid the same price as everyone else. It’s getting the same amount of food as others do. In a way we are all equal. I say that because sometimes we get treated like other people who did the same crime and other times we get treated like we did more then they did when we didn’t. I also say that because we (this country) are not treated like the other countries and that’s because we are different then them. Not everyone is treated equally in this world because of who they are and what they represent. Then again we are treated equally sometimes. Now I say this because there are times when it doesn’t matter who we are we will all get treated the same why no matter what. Examples in other countries some go by treating everyone equally but others do not do so. No body is better then the next person. Everyone is different in they’re own why. Everyone is different. No two people are the same so no one is better then anyone else. No matter what we do nobody is better then the next person. We all make mistakes. In my opinion no one has the right to take away someone else’s right. No one has that much power in the world to even take that into consideration.

Equality is when everything and everyone is equal. I think that everybody is no matter what your color of skin or your gender. In reality not everyone is treated equally. The government says that we are equal but man people treat other people as if they are not. They think that they are better than others and they treat them any way they want to. I don’t think that anyone is better that anyone else. I mean you might have better skills than some one else but that doesn’t mean you should be treated better. It also happens with class. Richer people treat poor people as though they are trash. This is not right because they are same and they derserve the same amount of respect. Also I don’t think that anyone should be able to take away any rights unless they did some wrong. For example if they committed a crime. If the committed a small crime it shouldn’t matter like stealing from a store, but something like murder then some rights should be taken away. One thing that I don’t think should be taken away no matter what is the right to vote. Everyone is entitled to their own voice and opinion.

Also, equality to me is being equal and not since as not equal. In my opinion everyone is equal no manner what. Everyone is truly equal because everyone has the same rights. Yes some people are better then others. But everyone is truly best at something you just need to find it or figure it out. In my opinion no one has the right to take anyone’s rights always. I believe that the only person that has that right is you. If you chose not to have any rights. Also, if people don’t know how to use their rights in the right way other people can take them. For example like if a person has a right but he or she uses it in the wrong way. Law in force men can take it away. For example like a license taken away from a drunken person by law enforce men. Just to sum up a person has rights but if they are over using their rights they can be taken away. There is only that way that someone has the right to take someone else’s rights away. My definition of Equality is the possessing of the same rights under the same circumstances. Rights dominate most modern understandings of what actions are proper and which institutions are just. Rights structure the forms of our governments, the contents of our laws, and the shape of morality as we perceive it. To accept a set of rights is to approve a distribution of freedom and authority, and so to endorse a certain view of what may, must, and must not be done. Yes, we are all equal each and everyone of us are. We might be different in many way but we are all equal. Nobody is better then anybody we all decided what good and what bad. It the action and the state of mind rather you choose to be the same or different. What matter is the perspective of it people see things different then we do. The only person that has the right to take that away is the person in the mirror. You have the rights to do what you do. Equal is the right you choose so choose wisely. You have the right to treat everyone equally if not equality will not be return to you.

It would be wrong to not be considered equal because of your face, color, size, or any other superficial slang. In some cases there are situations were some people thought they were better than others. Back then blacks were discriminated against. They weren’t treated equally, and didn’t have the same rights as others. Mainly they were discriminated against because of the way they looked, or the way they were thought of. The Jewish were also discriminated against. Today we all have the same rights but racism is still alive. I believe nobody has the right to take someone else’s rights away, not even authority. Everyone has the right to vote so no one could just decide you can’t vote because everyone has that right. Some people in the world feel that they are better than others because of what they have. If someone is rich, then they believe that they are better than the middle class people or the ones in poverty. No one has the right to take away someone else’s rights because we all have the same rights. No one is better than someone else because God made everyone the same.

I feel that its means to be treated the same no matter the gender, age, sex, or weight. Having the same rank as some one else. I believe that no one is really equal. Deep down inside every one is judged and they do not be treating equal because they are not the same. I believe no one has the right to take away some ones rights. They do not own you and they are not the law so they can not take away your rights it is not fair to any one if there rights are taken away. I would be really mad if some one took away my rights. They were given to me when I was born so you can not take them away from me. I wonder why people judge on another and than think that there more than you that they are worth more. I really hate that is so stupid. Everyone should be equal there is no way I could be way better than anyone else.

Equality is the paradigmatic example of the more general concept of equivalence relations on a set. Those binary relations that is reflexive, symmetric, and transitive. It goes beyond the other equivalence relations by also being anti-symmetric. No we are not all equal. Some people in the world are equal because some people of some races talk to each race the same. It is just some other people who does their race like they are the greatest people in the war. When they get to another race, they talk to them like they are a baby or mentally challenged. Of course, people are better than others. Some people are means and racist and others are nice and equal. A lot of people voted because of the color of the runner’s skin. They should do it by the speech they give and the stuff they do. To me no one has the right to take away the rights of another. If you are taking away some rights, then this is not a free country. Some people are equal and some are not. I would feeel really disrespected if somebody tried to take the rights from me. I wouldn’t take nobody’s rights and they wouldn’t take mine.

I think that if we were all equal then we would not be separated in school. People choose to separate there selves by things like clothing, hair, race, money and many more other things. That means we are not equal in my eyes. I do not believe that people are better than others. Some people are not as fortunate to have what others have so no we are not better. I think that anyone who believes they are better than everyone then they are not worth your time. No one has the right to take away the rights of anyone. Not even your parents, or even the president. No one can take away your freedom so they can not take your rights; your rights are something that you need in life. The many people have suffered for there rights especially women for the women suffrage rights. No one should ever take away your rights if they do not want there rights taken away from them. I think that Freedom is when you can do or stop doing what you want to, the reason why is because no one will tell you what to say or do. I think that in the United States people have a little too much freedom and that’s why people do pretty much whatever they want to and they don’t value everything they have. To be free also means that you need to take control of your acts and if you screw up there’s no turn back you made your choices and what you get are what you keep. I understand that maybe many people won’t agree with my opinion but everyone wants to change the situation and to make things better, but they don’t start by doing it themselves. I BELIEVE that if we have freedom why not use it to make injustices not happen anymore. I think that to me to be an American even though I’m not one is to have every right to do whatever you want to do, at times you can expect many feelings encountering each other because we all have different perspectives of FREEDOM and The AMERICAN DREAM and I think that what they mean by that is the opportunities that you have in this country and some people just don’t care so they waste them.

By definition, equality is the state or quality of being equal. My definition is: ALL people are equal on every level. Nobody should be judged by things like their race, history, religion, or sexual orientation. Even though the Constitution states that “all men are created equal, “but we all know that this is not true. The Whites forced the Africans into slavery for over 400 years. The Whites tried to get rid of all of the Native-Americans just because they wanted the land. The Germans hated the Jews and sent them to concentration camps to be killed in gas chambers. Many people hate gays just because they like the same gender. There is so much hate in the world. It’s like we forgot what the Constitution says, let alone the Bible. People are so stuck on their way of thinking and they do not want to change, even though the way they think can seriously hurt someone’s feelings. To me, nobody is better than anybody when you look at through stereotypes. An individual can have better qualities than another. Some people are just evil people. Nobody has the right to take away another’s rights. Everyone was born with rights and it should stay that way your whole life.

Equality is when everyone treated the same. No one looks at someone as if they are better than someone. No one is better than someone else. People just assume that because of history or who has been somewhere longer that they are better than others. Equality is what blacks fought for for so many years. We finally have got a little bit of it but there still times when we don’t get treated as good as the “Superior Races”. No one is better than anybody. God made us all the same I guess some just haven’t realized that yet. God is the only one who has the right to take away rights of someone. People in history were mistaken when they thought that they had the right to take away someone’s rights. Equality is a very good thing because everyone would be treated the same and there should be a good life for everyone. I can’t wait until the day that equality is at its height. There won’t be any times when so gets a job over someone because of their color or doesn’t get charged for something because of their color.

The Definition of equality is when two things have the same equal rights and opportunities. Is the whole world equal no, but we should be cause it’s the right thing. No one should be designated as better then someone else. We are all the same, we just look different. Just because your Caucasian, Hispanic, Afro-American, or Oriental does not give you the right to have more privileges then those other races. Even though our history about equality was very disturbing people still fill like the discriminators did in that time period. No one should feel higher then anyone else. Ok maybe you have more money or more power and other great necessities that make people feel good, but it still does not give you the right to put other people down mentally and physically. I know a lot of the minorities (Hispanics, Afro-Americans, Oriental) could never do what the more powerful did to them. Slavery, Jim Crow, and other significant time periods where important to this fact in equality. No one has the right to put anyone else down in any type of way. Whoever thinks they have that right is wrong. Your no better then the next man or women. I still don’t think America practices equality but it goes both ways cause everyone gets something more then the other.

Equality is the unbiased treatment of all the population. I believe that we are not all equal. All men are created equal, but not all men are treated that way. I believe that how you are treated is a reflection of how you see yourself. Equality today is no longer controlled by laws or the government. Treatment now hinges on the people and how the perceive themselves. If you act inferior or then you can’t be upset when people treat you accordingly. In reference to the black/white things it was mostly second generation freed slaves that did stuff. Because the generation one still saw themselves as slaves.
